Your appointment is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes a cancellation or adjustment is necessary; therefore we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for a cancellation so we may fill that reservation from our waiting list. Failure to give such notice or not show up for your appointment will result in a 50% charge of the reserved service missed payable prior to your next visit. For online reservations made via credit card, your card WILL be charged at time of booking. If 24hr cancellation notice is given, we will gladly reverse the charged account , however if you fail to show up, we will keep 50% of the service charge booked, We thank you in advance for your consideration and cooperation.

We do not offer refunds of services, however we will do our very best to accommodate you if we do not meet your desired result.

If you have to cry, go outside. Just Kidding. Please silence your cell phones and don’t talk on speaker phone, it’s annoying. Yes we will all be laughing, and having a good time, so don’t expect us to be quiet. This a salon, not a church. Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment, and keep in mind that we are also humans, and sometimes run behind too. If this happens to be the case, we’d appreciate it if you could cut us some slack and know we’ll give you the same amount of attention as the client before you.

Retail products are fully refundable up to 7 days of purchase, unopened, accompanied with receipt.
